Welcome to my website

Thank you for visiting my site. It's been a long time coming, but due to the patience of my web designer Barb Gottlieb, the day has finally arrived!! The official launching of www.carleaseburke.com. I must say it was well worth the wait and I would love to hear (or read) your thoughts, your feedback, your comments.

I'm also making an attempt to blog on a consistent basis. Although I am not sure what I want to blog about exactly, I do know that I would like to have a theme. A through-line so to speak. So, at this time I'll ask you the reader...what would you like to hear about from me? Inquiring minds want to know. I can tell you right now, it's going to be quite a journey just watching me figure this all out. I do have a great role model, my friend David Dean Bottrell who blogs on a weekely basis and my friend Roni's son Marcus says he spends about 4 hours a day blogging about being a fashion addict. Haven't checked out his site yet, but think I will right now.

Happy New Year everyone and I look forward to hearing from you.
Carlease!

  4. The movie is called The Back-Up Plan starring Jennifer Lopez and is scheduled to be released on April 16, 2010. I heard the trailer ran during the Super Bowl and I'm in it!! Yay! Tomorrow I go into the studio to do some ADR work on the film. ADR is dubbing some of my dialogue because maybe there was a line change or a sound problem while we were shooting. Sometimes actors do ADR to "clean up" the dialogue for TV. I don't think that's the case here, but I'll keep you posted!
